Oakland Hills Kitchen

This Oakland home had a small kitchen with an inefficient layout and aging appliances. The clients, a family with a young child, wanted to update their kitchen to optimize storage and create specialized zones (such as a coffee bar) to meet their family’s daily needs.

We re-laid out the entire kitchen to create a more efficient and functional space, and reconfigured the window to take advantage of the property’s expansive views of the East Bay. The new kitchen has a clean transitional-modern aesthetic, with custom cream-colored cabinets, panelized appliances, and handmade Heath tile backsplash.
